Royals Continue To Roll--Win Streak reaches 12.

Woodland FC continued their impressive form to close out the season as they claimed a 12th consecutive victory over Lee's Summit Athletic on Friday, July 26th, at Stump Park on a swelteringly hot day.

The reigning champs saw the field for the first time since their ever-so-memorable title victory, and didn't rest on their laurels. They came out to show why they were champions, and keep their momentum rolling into the end of the season.

Goals from Michael Okiring, Chandler Givler, Joseph Caughron, and Brett Jackson were enough to see off the visitors.

Givler asserted himself early and often as he turned in a stellar man of the match performance. Tallying a goal, and an assist, he was pivotal in directing the traffic throughout the entirety of the match. Almost every major attack came down his side of the field, as the Royals tried to possess the ball for large swathes of the match.

Both teams were short on personnel during this match, but that didn't stop the action from taking off. The Royals were able to secure a comfortable 7-2 win. They finish their season against Olathe United Football Club this Saturday, August 3rd, at 6pm, at Heritage Park.

Hope to see you there!
